                Corrigendum to e-tender notice No. PGIMS/Cell-III/18/1378 dated 25.05.2018 reference tender No. 2018 & Tender ID. 2018_ HRY_65416_1 due on 26.06.2018 up to 01:00 PM to be opened on 26.06.2018 at 03:00 P.M. Following changes are to be incorporated in the e- tender document, as per the decisions taken in the pre-bid meeting held on date 06.06.18 at 03:00 PM.

(i). The point No. 2.3 may be read as under:-

‘Should have provided or is providing Sanitation services during the last 5 (five) years i.e.

January 2013 onward to any Medical college attached with at least 500 bedded hospital of State Govt. / Govt. of India, Public Sector Undertakings or any other State/municipal committee or reputed private Hospital or any reputed educational institute/University, reputed Hotel, Airport etc. under single contract/s (without any break) valid for one calendar year or more along with Satisfactory Performance Certificate issued by the organization. In case of public sector entity experience, the TDS certificate issued for the said value of the work should be enclosed by the bidder in support of the performance submitted through:

OR

  1. Three contracts for similar sanitation services, each having annual value of not less than Rs 2.82 crores (40%).

OR

  1. Two contracts for similar Sanitation service each having annual value of not less than Rs 3.53 crores (50%)

OR

  1. One contract for similar Sanitation services each having annual value of not less than Rs 5.63 crores (80%)

 

(ii). The point no. 33 shall supersede the point no. 16 to the extent of contradiction among each other. Salary shall be credited in Escrow Account.

 

(iii). Income Tax return of last three financial years i.e. 2014-2015, 2015-2016 & 2016-17 instead of financial year 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. The audited balance sheet of financial year 2017-18 may also be submitted.
