All colleges affiliated to Pt.B D Sharma University of Health Sciences are instructed to constitute 'College Students Grievances Redressal Cell' consisting of five members (3 from the teaching faculty and 2 students). Grievances of the students will be addressed at the college level within two weeks and the Principals of each college will submit report every week to the University.
In case the Grievances are not addressed and need referral then University Student Grievances Redresssal Cell will act as the appellate body.

In case there is no Grievance , nil report should be sent. Head of the institution shall be responsible for sending the report to the University Student Grievances Redresssal Cell. In case of default , inaction on the part of college concerned will be viewed very seriously and will be taken into account at the time of granting extension in provisional affiliation.
